Law Office of Ivo Winter seeks a full-time lawyer with 2-3 years experience to join our team and take the lead in a busy transactional real estate and estate practice. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents for transactions; Advising clients on estate planning and administration; Providing expert legal counsel in various real estate transactions; Building strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction; Keeping up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
To be a successful candidate for this position, you should have:
A valid law license in Nova Scotia;
Two to three years experience in real estate transactions and estate administration;
Excellent research and communication skills;
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
Dedication to upholding ethical standards in legal practice
Land Registry Office (LRO) System Requirement:
We welcome candidates who are licensed in the Land Registry Office (LRO) System or are willing to obtain this licensing. Proficiency in the LRO System is crucial for property transactions, and we will support your transition if needed.
