Innovations in Dealing with Conflict: Resolution Coaching
Speaker: Paul Hutchinson, Imagined Spaces
Resolution coaching works to address elements in ADR that other approaches have not yet been able to achieve. In some conflict cases, one or more of the parties involved are not able or willing to engage in dialogue, or an individual involved in a conflict does not want to directly engage with the other parties about their differences. Therefore, resolution coaching can be used on a one-to-one basis without any interaction with additional parties. However, it can also be used as a tool to work with other approaches, making it a very versatile intervention.
