Cases in the Personal Injury Quantum Service are arranged by type of injury, with details of the injury and victim (age, occupation, gender) and damages awarded provided.

Cases in the Sentencing Quantum Service are arranged by main offence, with details of count(s), prior record, aggravating circumstances, imprisonment/fine and order provided.

• Sentencing Quantum Service

The original Table of Notice Periods was created by Michael J. O’Hara and first appeared in the Nova Scotia Law News vol. 23, no.2 (October 1997).

Now a searchable, online chart, the table is updated in January and June of each year by Mr. O’Hara.
