Nova Scotia’s Office of the Legislative Counsel provides access to bills, statutes and proclamations from the 1995-1996 session to date. The Table of Public Statutes from 2008 and the Index to Local and Private Acts 1990-2009 are provided.

Justice Laws provides access to consolidated federal statutes and regulations maintained by the Department of Justice Canada. As of June 1, 2009, all consolidated statutes and regulations available through Justice Laws are official and can be used for evidentiary purposes. Annual statutes (not official) are provided from 2001 to date.
